After the original residence was completely destroyed by hurricane Helene, we worked closely with our clients to demolish the structure and rebuild their dream home—stronger, smarter, and more beautiful than before.

Located in Gulfport, the #DupontStreet Project is a 2,500-square-foot new build that seamlessly blends relaxed comfort with refined sophistication. Designed for effortless entertaining, expansive 24-foot sliders fully open to create a fluid indoor-outdoor living experience, allowing the coastal surroundings to become an extension of the home.

A soft, timeless palette anchors the interiors, with Alabaster by Sherwin-Williams used throughout the home. Warmth and depth are layered in through natural stone, rich textures, and custom cabinetry, creating a space that feels inviting yet elevated. Every detail was intentionally selected to support casual beach community living while maintaining a sense of understated luxury.

The porches were thoughtfully designed as true gathering spaces—perfect for evenings spent by the fire with a cocktail in hand, taking in the gorgeous ocean views.

And the undeniable star of the show? The powder bathroom. Wrapped in iconic GUCCI wallpaper— this bold, fashion-forward space delivers an unexpected moment of drama and personality—proving that even the smallest rooms can make the biggest statement.
